DevOps Tech Lead

Tasks:
  • Leading, guiding, and influencing customers and team members throughout the DevOps.
  • Own the quality of DevOps architecture and design.
  • Co-designing scalable, reusable, self-service frameworks for data ingestion and processing. 
  • Defining and leading implementation of CICD processes.
  • Assessing current DevOps maturity, defining DevOps strategy roadmap.
  • Analyzing needs and challenges of a Customer and formulate the technical roadmap and technology solution that will support Customer’s goals.
  • Evaluating and driving improvements for existing infrastructure.
  • Working with Cloud Architects in developing and implementing new cloud solutions.
  • Taking ownership of new ideas from concept to launch.

 

 

Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT area.
  • Deep understanding of the practical application of DevOps philosophy, Agile methods, Infrastructure as a Code.
  • Expertise in site reliability engineering. 
  • Experience in designing and architecting enterprise platforms.
  • Good understanding of cloud network security.
  • Strong expertise in infrastructure automation.
  • Experience working directly with senior IT managers.
  • Experience working directly with customers.
  • Java, Python or other Object-Oriented programming knowledge (basic)
  • Strong communication skillset, ability to communicate with engineers, management, marketing professionals.
  • Expertise in data processing performance analysis and optimization. 
  • Experience in working with structured and unstructured data. 
  • Hands on experience in designing and delivering Azure based solutions.
  • Experience with cloud native CI/CD workflows and tools.
  • Experience with Data Quality testing solutions.
  • Experience with versioning of code, configuration and data .
  • Strong Knowledge of data management principles.
  • Experience with containerization  (especially Docker and Kubernetes).
  • Strong ownership of delegated tasks.
  • Strong presentation skills.
