RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working closely with the entire modern workplace team.
• Maintaining Configuration and Security Policies in InTune
• Maintaining security baselines.
• Maintaining AppLocker and WDAC rules.
• Remediate vulnerabilities found in the reports.
• Troubleshoot various problems with Windows 10 operating system.
• Develop automation tools using Powershell.
• Managing tasks in SCCM.
• Using Defender ATP for vulnerability management.
• Administration of Microsoft Office 365 services, incl. Teams, OneDrive

 

REQUIREMENTS:

MUST HAVE:

• Experience with managing Windows 7/10 environments
• You need to know and have experience with some of the below technologies:
• Desktop management at Enterprise level – Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Defender, ATP, Windows update for Business, AppLocker, Exploit Guard, Azure AD, PowerShell scripting, SCCM, Software Package distribution
• At least basic knowledge about DNS/DHCP/AD
• At least basic knowledge about networking (TCP/IP)

 

Nice to have:

• Deep troubleshooting skills 2nd level desktop support
• Working in Support Team responsible for IT Technology would be an asset
